This is a practical + informative 4 week course, designed to give you the skills to develop an effective daily meditation practice.
There is scientific proof of so many wonderful benefits of meditation, including many positive physical, emotional and mental effects. From improving your brain function, lowering your blood pressure, reducing stress, and easing pain, to helping with anxiety and depression – meditation is such a valuable skill to learn. But you need to really understand what’s going on to do it properly, so that you develop good habits and not bad ones – like just sitting there and daydreaming for 20 minutes a day.

Each class will run for approximately one hour and we welcome beginners, people who need a refresher or those who have meditated before but who enjoy developing meditation skills with a group.
The class size will be small and intimate, so limited places are available.

About your Meditation Teacher, Rochelle Taylor
Rochelle began with AcuEnergetics® in 2003 and is now a Director of AcuEnergetics® as well as a Teacher and Practitioner.
Rochelle began her career in marketing agencies working in public relations and corporate communications, but after years in the corporate world, she followed her heart and passion towards helping people and took a massive leap into the world of health and wellness.
It is here that she has found her home with AcuEnergetics® and dedicates herself to teaching meditation, helping people with pain and illness and sharing the bio-electrical principles of the human body that can transform physical and mental health.
Meditation plays an important role in her life, which she started in 1996 and continues to practice today, more than 27 years later.
Rochelle’s journey into meditation started at school when she was 16 years old and has taken her to India several times to practice various forms of still and active meditations in the ashram environment. She has studied both modern, practical teachings as well as more ancient and esoteric practices.
In the last 20 years she has studied the meditation teachings of Kevin Niv Farrow – the profound heart and breath meditations of the Inner Smile and Inner Breath – and more advanced light body meditations, as well as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
Rochelle has been teaching meditation classes for over 15 years to adults, as well as special classes for mums and bubs and meditation and mindfulness for children.
She produced the AcuEnergetics® meditation series enlighten on the ancient light body meditation practices and co-wrote The Wellness Balance Book and Meditation as Medicine with Kevin Niv Farrow.
After relocating from Sydney, Rochelle has been busy starting a practice on the Sunshine Coast, teaching meditation and workshops, running the AcuEnergetics® business globally and sharing her creation of Free Little Minds, an album and free APP designed to help children of all ages get the benefits of a meditation.
