Loss or damage in transit

Australia Post is a reliable mailing service, however mishaps do occur. All items are checked thoroughly before packaging with care. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly by email or phone so we can discuss the issue.

AcuEnergetics® will not be held accountable for items that are damaged during transit. For this reason, we strongly recommend using express post for its traceability.

Faulty goods

Should an item fall below AcuEnergetics® high standards, kindly contact us promptly via email or phone within seven days of the receipt of your goods to arrange an exchange or refund which will be at our discretion. Proof of purchase and a description of the problem will be required. Please note that items must have labels intact and be in original packaging. Additional shipping charges apply and are not refundable.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction is important to us, which is why at AcuEnergetics® our items are checked thoroughly before they are dispatched. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within seven days of the receipt of your goods to arrange an exchange or refund which will be at our discretion. We cannot refund or exchange due to change of mind.

All items returned for exchange, refund or a credit note must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, in the original packaging, labels intact and the item unused.

Please note there are no refunds on deposits for AcuEnergetics® workshops or trainings. If you enroll and pay for an AcuEnergetics® workshop and decide before the workshop commences to withdraw, then you may be entitled to a refund, minus the deposit amount. Once the workshop commences, there are no refunds allowed.

Credit notes or refunds will only be given on the item value; delivery charges are not refundable. An additional delivery cost will be charged for exchanged items.

Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, or refundable and all sales are final.

Cancellations

You must contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Please note that all cancellations incur a 10% restocking charge that shall be debited from the total of the refund.

If your order has not been dispatched we shall gladly cancel and refund your order minus the restocking charge.

If your order has been dispatched you will be responsible for the expense of its return, and all items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sent, in the original packaging, labels intact and the item unused and unworn. Upon receipt of the returned items, we shall refund your order minus the restocking charge.

Pricing

All prices at AcuEnergetics® are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Privacy and you

At AcuEnergetics®, we respect your privacy and promise not to disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party. Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used for billing purposes and to process your order or inform you of special offers and news from AcuEnergetics®.

Shipping & Delivery

Within Australia
We offer competitive delivery charges and all purchases are sent via Australian Post. Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of the items/package you purchase and the delivery method you choose at checkout. We will endeavour to pack and send your purchase within the following 48 business hours. As some of our items are hand made in Australia, or customised products, there may be a longer delivery time.

Overseas
We’d be delighted to send your purchases overseas if you or the recipient does not reside in Australia. We use Australia Post Air Mail, and as a guide the estimated time for delivery is within one to two weeks. Please note that some countries may apply taxes and duties on parcels, and recipient is responsible for any and all such extra charges that are not within our control.
