The trainings will be taught by AcuEnergetics® founder Kevin Farrow, who has been meditating for 40 years and has become known worldwide as a brilliant, unique and practical meditation teacher.

There is also the option of becoming an AcuEnergetics® meditation teacher, following the completion of the meditation intensive. There is an additional fee for the Teacher Training that includes further training in the form of one-on-one sessions with Kevin Niv Farrow, Group lessons and Q&A sessions and assessments. There are three levels of meditation intensive training. These are detailed below.

Heart Level

The 3-Day Heart Meditation Intensive is an in-depth journey into meditation, focused on developing and refining your personal practice.

Spirit Level

The 3-Day Spirit Meditation Intensive takes you to the next level in developing your meditation. With a focus on the ancient and powerful Light Body meditations – such as the two trees, lightning flash, mystic cross and six chambers of the heart – the Spirit Level is transformational for mind, body and heart.
The Spirit Level meditation intensive also includes course notes and CD’s related to this level of meditation training.

Enlighten Level

The 2-Day Enlighten Meditation Intensive is the final level and takes the meditator to the most advanced practice of experiencing the pure awareness. With a focus on the observation of the mind and guru yoga practice, the Enlighten Level is for those seeking the ultimate experience – true meditation.
